I bought some Slimming Detox Patches from them and never even tried them. It took 2 weeks to receive them -- presumably from their counterfeiting operation in China. Then I spent at least a week or so being too afraid to use them because the patches came in individual wrappers like shown on the site but were crammed haphazardly into these little unmarked white boxes. Many were folded, bent or the wrappers were ripped open -- don't know if that affects the quality or freshness or effectiveness? The website showed boxes with images, logos, branding etc. There was no receipt, bill of lading, no instructions, no markings on the package at all, no ingredients list, no health warnings or side affect warnings. Seemed unsafe to try them as they were likely counterfeit. Spent a week or two trying to get these sketchy people on the phone because they list their phone number on the website and have hours of operation listed as 09:00-17:00EST but when you call it tells you their hours in PST and are not equivalent. Almost every option in the menu tells you to email them. One option says connect to a rep now, but transfers you to another line that either has a busy signal, rings endlessly (I let it ring for more than 20 minutes one time) or puts you on hold in a "queue" that no one ever answers (I left my work phone on hold in the queue for like 4-5 hours one day). When I finally emailed my questions no one answered. So I emailed asking for a refund 44 days after getting the product because their website says I have 45 days and their rep told me I had only 30. Sent her screenshots of the website and policy and she wouldn't acknowledge. Also, all over the page I bought from there were "365 Money Back Guarantee" and "100% Satisfaction Guarantee". She also wouldn't comment on those screenshots. Then I told her I'd be filing fraud charges with my credit card bc they sent me fraudulent product and wouldn't adhere to their own refund policy. The next day their webpage was gone and the store was set up again on a new similar URL. Still having my CC company fight the charges -- these people are shady as *** and their products are clearly garbage. Their customer service is crap and they don't even follow their own policies. All lies and false ads. Stay AWAY.

I ORDERED OVER 2 WEEKS TWO RINGS DID NOT GET THEM MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGES OVER 3 WEEKS AGO/ WHAT HAPPENED?

We wrote them an email with our order number and date of purchase for two yellow dog toys. We were well withing their 45 day return policy. The cost for these two toys was $47.41. The toys did not work well and the dogs had NO interest, so we wanted a refund. Toys were cheap plastic and probably worth $9 each. Certainly not $19.95. Never heard back from them. Went to their supposed to be "24 hour hotline". It sends you to a phone number. Go to the phone number and it sends you to the web site hot line. IT'S A SCAM. They don't let you through. Tomorrow we will post this on more web in places to warn customers not to deal with this merchant.

Wow so I bought a pennywise mask, outfit and shoes. I ordered the wrong size. When I requested where to mail back for a refund they said Peru. WTF that’s cost more than the item to ship back. So they did give me a credit for 30%. So I’m out 70%. Meanwhile I had ordered the correct size before the first costume arrived. The second one arrived it had no *** tag so the size was wrong. This time their fault. They had the nerve to say sorry we will credit you 60% and you can keep the way to *** small costume. I will never buy from a fb ad again. Come to find out amazon sells the same stuff and will stand behind what their vendors sell.
